2. Preferred Shipping Method

Customers are required to confirm their preferred shipping method when placing an order.

3. Shipping Rates

Our shipping charges are as follows:

• Within Nairobi CBD: KES 150
• Courier Services: Starting from a flat rate of KES 450
• Rider Deliveries within Nairobi and surrounding areas: Starting from a flat rate of KES 300

4. Payment on Delivery

We offer Pay on Delivery for:

• Rider deliveries within Nairobi CBD
• G4S deliveries
• Speedaf Courier deliveries

For all other courier services, customers are required to make full payment upfront before shipping.
